Married to outgoing Lapu-Lapu City Mayor Arturo Radaza with whom she has one daughter, Aileen. Earned a degree in accountancy from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila.Served as manager of Far East Bank and Trust Company and president of Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines

Served as president of the Lapu-Lapu City Puericulture Center, as co-chairperson of the Committee on Tourism, and as chairperson of the Solid Waste Management Board, Clean and Green Committee, Sports and Events Bureau, and Local Council for Women, Children Protection and Nutrition.Ranked 2nd among 10 outstanding barangay captains in Central Visayas in 2009.
